General Stretching reference sheets

These sheets have been provided as quick reference reminders of stretches you may have been recommended in clinic only. Most patients will be provided with specific individually tailored stretching programmes if required. However if you have been directed to this download then a basic knowledge of stretching is assumed and you should use these sheets as a reminder only. The Sport Concussion Assessment Tool (SCAT2)

The Sport Concussion Assessment Tool (SCAT2) offers a standardized method of evaluating athletes aged 10 years and older for concussion.

The SCAT2 is a screening evaluation tool designed for use only by qualified first responders or medical professionals. The SCAT2 score does not independently determine the diagnosis of a concussion, nor does it independently determine the injured athlete’s recovery or return to play status. Such determination can only be made by a medical professional who has experience in the treatment of sport concussion.
